Worst property ever!!!!!!!!!!!! terminated my lease early and I already paid for the penalty fee. The property just moved me to another unit without notifying by anyway so I completely have no idea with it; this way, the property could keep my security deposit check and no returning it to me. The email sending via the resident portal regarding any question is seldomly being replied. Please take time to consider whether to sign the lease or not.

If you’re looking for a modern unit/cottage without paying an arm and a leg, definitely check out The Station. By far THE BEST complex in State College. The staff is super nice, the houses are new and cozy, and the staff makes you feel like you’re right at home!
