I have been coming to the Station Salon for several months and see Hannah each time. I followed Hannah from her previous Salon. The Station has a vibe that makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. At each appointment I interact with several staff members as they stop by to say hello or ask about my day. It’s nice to have a place to go where everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
After previously going to a different local salon that didn’t listen to what I wanted, I came to Miss Hannah for a possible fix and she delivered! She was so caring, so sweet, and knew exactly what she was doing. The whole salon is full of friendly and lovely people. I will definitely be seeing her again
I took my daughter here for a haircut, and Ansley was so kind! My daughter has wanted a more manageable hairstyle (she had long/thick hair prone to tangles), and Ansley listened to what her needs were and the cut turned out beautifully! My daughter loves it and feels so confident. She was absolutely beaming on the way home and that is worth every cent. Will 100% be returning, and I think I’ll get my hair done here too.
I used to love this salon, but it has drastically gone downhill, it's customer service is lacking to say the least! My last appointment I was treated so rudely and disrespectfully! For the hair wash, I was treated with several blasts of ice cold water, and told that since it was first thing in the morning the water heater was "warming up". That might work on someone who doesn't know how water heaters work, but girl, please, and they had been open for an hour, so either way that fell flat.
