I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I really enjoyed my tour with Austin. He went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I had a great experience. Great apartment, great pricing, and excellent customer service. Austin, was very hands on and genuinely cares about the property and the people who live there. I’m looking forward to making The Grove my new home! This is exactly what we are searching for.
I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment community. The property is always well-maintained, the landscaping is beautiful, and the maintenance team is quick and reliable whenever something needs attention. The management staff is friendly and genuinely cares about the residents — they make communication easy and are always willing to help. 3rd summer here pool CLOSED ! its never open. The elevator has been out of service for 3 weeks and no updates on when it will get fixed. 2 Broken doors in building 1, anyone can enter without a FOB. emailed staff about it no response. Dirty hallways, I will not be renewing my lease cant wait to move out of here *****UPDATE 10/14/2025 2 MONTHS SINCE THIS REVIEW. DOOR ON MILLER STILL BROKEN ANYONE CAN GET IN WITHOUT A FOB . I don’t normally leave reviews for apartments, but my experience was so amazing that I had to share. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr. Austin while touring The Grove Chamblee, and from the very first moment I was greeted, his energy and willingness to help stood out.
