DO NOT MOVE HERE!! LET ME SAY IT AGAIN. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FROM DAY ONE. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGIATIVE -20 I WOULD. IT STARTED WHEN I WAS TOLD A MOVE IN DATE, AND IT WAS DELAYED TWO TIMES. THEN THE APARTMENT WAS STILL NOT READY, AND I ENDED UP DOING SOME OF THE REPAIRS MYSELF. THEN THE A/C WAS BROKEN FOR OVER THREE MONTHS. THE NEIGHBORS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE PLAYING LOUD MUSIC AND CONSTANT WEED SMELL IN THE HALLWAYS. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY I MOVED OUT IN APRIL AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT.
Love the Grove! So close to anything you could possible need, feels very private, and the property is very clean. I especially appreciate that they can meet different price points by offering multiple renovation options.
3rd summer here pool CLOSED ! its never open. The elevator has been out of service for 3 weeks and no updates on when it will get fixed. 2 Broken doors in building 1, anyone can enter without a FOB. emailed staff about it no response. Dirty hallways, I will not be renewing my lease cant wait to move out of here
