Whatever you do , look somewhere else. Highly unprofessional, lack communication, overpriced especially when the surrounding apartments are way nicer, the complex should charge no more than $1400 for a unit. The day of my move in the leasing manager james decided to go on a unplanned vacation, my unit wasn't ready to move in. No apology or anything. James was absolutely amazing, I toured the apartment and he was more than happy to answer my questions!
I attempted to view this apartment complex on 8-10-26. I arrived at 2:30pm, there was a sign on the door saying they would return at 3pm. I waited. She then returned at 3pm and changed the time to 3:30pm. When I entered the leasing office after waiting an hr she then told me she could not show me any floor plans because she was alone so appointments were “preferred” but not required. She requested I come in 2 days later which I could not due to my date I needed to move in being 7 days away so I needed to see availability imm... read more
Living at the Grove Has not been good . The owner of the complex does not get things done to improve the quality of the property. Things need to improve or it’s going downhill. Tenants leave garbage where they want this place is gone still downhill and nobody’s doing a darn thing about it. They don’t pick up the trash and you getting have to pay for it every single month and you also have to pay for parking which we never had before. All these extra fees are ridiculous.
I’ve lived in this apartment community for over 7 years, and it’s been a great experience. The community is clean, quiet, and welcoming. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, the issues have been fixed quickly and professionally. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming whenever I have questions or need assistance. I’m happy to call this community home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
