I’ve lived in this apartment community for over 7 years, and it’s been a great experience. The community is clean, quiet, and welcoming. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, the issues have been fixed quickly and professionally. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming whenever I have questions or need assistance. I’m happy to call this community home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
James was so knowledgeable, sweet, and funny! Really made the experience of looking for an apartment easy and understandable! Definitely enjoyed my time!
There are pros and cons to this complex. The leading con is work orders / service requests are regularly marked as complete without the work being done and without any notes or details provided. So be prepared for at least some of your maintenance requests to be ignored.
We scheduled a tour for this morning at 10am — the first appointment of the day. I understand that it’s a Saturday and you might not be able to open the office right at 10am, but during peak leasing time and knowing that someone has an appointment scheduled to potentially give you their money, why someone would make that person wait for half an hour without as much of a heads up is beyond me.
