Great place to live with great amenities. I really like the pools as well as the location. However a huge con is that if you live on the lower floors it sucks that the walls are so thin. It would be great if the management or the leasing office made public announcements or emails to the entire community to ask upper floor tenants to be more light footed because the loud footsteps are pretty noticeable and echos. We toured this apartment community because we currently live at The Station Fleming Island, which is managed by a different property management company, and we wanted to compare the amenities and floor plans to see if it would be worth making a move. She is always so friendly, bubbly, and welcoming every time I stop by the office or see her around the property. She is incredibly responsive and always goes out of her way to help.
