We have lived here for a few months now and are loving it! The building is excellent, the amenities are well-maintained, and the leasing staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I've been to every new build in San Marco (and lived in a couple of them) and this is by far the best staff out of all of them. In particular, Crystal and Tai in the leasing office have been outstanding! The maintenance staff are also top notch, and any issue we've had, they've addressed it the same day every time. Since moving into The Station at San Marco, I have had nothing but a positive living experience! My studio apartment was in pristine condition, and was so much bigger than I expected. The amenities are stunning! I have enjoyed working out in the gym and lounging on the rooftop pool with an unbeatable view. The valet trash and package room have made my life so much easier. Place is very clean and up kept. Very close walking distance to many places even bars. Tai the agent was great to work with and even did a FaceTime tour as I was to far before move in. Overall great place to be.
Highly recommend checking out The Station at San Marco! The location is amazing, offers great amenities (including EV charging!), and the property team is top notch! They are friendly, respond quickly, and keep everything looking great! I've been here almost 2 years and have yet to find anywhere else that comes close to what The Station offers. It definitely should be on your list to visit if you're looking for a new place!
