I recently toured The Station at San Marco and was honestly really impressed. From the moment I arrived, the community felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with updated finishes and a layout that feels both functional and comfortable.
Had a lovely experience here thanks to Tai! He is truly a ray of sunshine who is so kind and positive, talking to him really made my day! The property is beautiful and has great amenities.
If you’re a single female in the area, I would not recommend this property at all. They do not take safety concerns seriously, and the level of customer service is unacceptable. I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday hoping to tour a unit. I had attempted to call ahead to schedule, but if you’re not already a resident, you’re routed through an AI system to a call center, which makes it nearly impossible to get proper assistance. Crystal and Al were truly angels in disguise. They went above and beyond to help me find an apartment that perfectly fit my needs and made me feel right at home. Moving from out of town made the process challenging, but thanks to them, I found a perfect place. They made my immediate move-in incredibly smooth ,everything was completed and I was able move in with in 48 hours.
