New management! New owner! New atmosphere! They came in and cleaned up really nice. Trimmed trees. Put up a new beautiful fence. Installed lights and so much more. It’s like night and day! They have turned the community around and I couldn’t be more thankful! They took away all the unnecessary fees and now I’m actually paying what I should be for rent! With more time I’m sure this neighborhood will be one of few that make families feel welcome and never want to leave home!
The appliances here are NOT upgraded appliances. The refrigerator only has 3 shelves, no temperature controlled bins, and the freezer won’t even hold a frozen pizza. The washing machine is old school center agitator, has ruined my clothes with things getting stuck, the buttons are super flimsy and the drawer door won’t stay open so you’re constantly hitting your head on it. The toilet seats are the super cheap flimsy ones from Walmart. As for the common areas, none of the fire pits work in the garden area. The bbqs and dinin... read more
This place is overrated. Even though there were 5 police living on site things still happened. And let us not forget the train. I have counted as many as 10 trains in less than 24 hours. It is not worth the money. I almost forgot the rain that flooded our place
