Ever since new management has taken over it has been absolutely awful experience. They do not care about their tenants. We have called & emailed at least 30 to 40 times the last 30 days for maintenance help or to express our concerns on being accused of not paying rent. My girlfriend and I pay our rent almost 10 days early every month dude to our pay period and to get accused of not paying rent is an insult. First, it amazes me how this company is raising rent on people in the middle of a pandemic when SO many have lost their income!! Now they are playing games with lease agreements saying they were lost when they purchased the company and trying to charge us the month to month rate when we sign that crap with the previous company. You don’t want to live here. We have been here since day one and it only gets worse. We are on our 3 management team and now they are taking amenities we pay for because they don’t want to deal with it. I have had stuff stolen due to the changes, I have lost over 73% of my business in the past 3 weeks due to the “missing” packages from my door. And don’t have a business dinner here!! When I first moved there it was under different management & I loved it. Then it was taken over by the current management & it easily turned into The worst place I’ve ever lived. All the staff with the exception of maybe one guy are rude & have no respect for your time or you. The amount of money you pay to live there at the very least they could atleast have some better quality apartments & amenities.. Love it here. Office staff is amazing. Amenities are great. Maintenance guys are great. Grounds look nice always. Highly recommend living here!
