This review is based of my tour. I had a tour on Friday and I had went in with every intention to tour and apply and hopefully sign but I wasn't sold on the apartment even though I so badly wanted it to work given the amenities and the proximity to the light rail but sadly I passed on it given how small the open 1 bedroom is and concerns of my queen bed not fitting and the online pictures not matching the floor plan I was shown. The staff here is kind and courteous. My move into my apartment was smooth and everything worked out great. My apartment is spacious and has lots of light with floor to ceiling windows. I have an in unit washer/dryer. The maintenance is responsive and took care of my requests in a timely manner. My boys really enjoy playing on pool table in the lounge area. They regularly clean the common areas. There are lockers where you can pick up your packages at any given time of day which makes it super convenient. The grocery store i... read more
Not a good experience with the parking garage. There is a strong and unpleasant smell that makes the area uncomfortable. Management should improve this.
There’s no parking to get food. If you want to park, you have to go really far. It’s terrible.
The apartment building is nice, but the residents and neighborhood not so much.
