John from maintenance was very professional and assisted us with all the requests . So far we have a good experience living here, hopefully will remain the same.

This review is based of my tour. I had a tour on Friday and I had went in with every intention to tour and apply and hopefully sign but I wasn't sold on the apartment even though I so badly wanted it to work given the amenities and the proximity to the light rail but sadly I passed on it given how small the open 1 bedroom is and concerns of my queen bed not fitting and the online pictures not matching the floor plan I was shown. The staff here is kind and courteous. My move into my apartment was smooth and everything worked out great. My apartment is spacious and has lots of light with floor to ceiling windows. I have an in unit washer/dryer. The maintenance is responsive and took care of my requests in a timely manner. My boys really enjoy playing on pool table in the lounge area.
