****07/30/25****** Today marks the second consecutive day that I have not been able to enter the gates of The Station at Clift Farm. As a matter of fact, 07/29/25 was the first day in well over a month that the gate (in the gated community no less) closest to my building has been closed. Yesterday, I had to go to the office to get the decal they provided to me "reset", only to discover that it still isn't working. The response from the office, "Yours must be defective. The station at Clift Farm day by day getting worse Management doesn't care anymore about the property. Every weekend sat and on Sunday strange people come to the pool area and drink alcohol i reported many many times but nobody cares The doors are always open to strangers. Anyone can enter anytime. I see people pee by the management office .. and then jump to the pool. Hope this place gets better like it was. This time I'll give one star
I’ve lived here since December 2023. It’s not my most favorite place I’ve ever lived, but it’s not completely terrible. The apartments themselves are fine, although you can tell some parts were not made well (had a few door handles fall off). This is supposed to be a “Gated” community, but for as long as I’ve been here, the gates rarely work. This has lead to, especially during summer, unauthorized guests at the pool. It's currently 8:02 pm and I'm sitting in my car crying and eating a cold dinner, with ice cream melting in my back seat, because I can't get into the gates of the apartment that I'm paying for. Of course there's no one to help me, including the residents lined up behind me. Apparently, their stickers work. My only option was to leave a VOICE MAIL for maintenance on the "EMERGENCY" line. It's my second night here and I deeply regret my decision to live here.
Highly recommend this place beautiful all around. Management and staff are friendly and very supportive!
