Poor management never trust Ms. Donna !!! I to all tenants be careful… apartments has molds and they throw all my packages order online i see it in trash…. I lived there for two years and the management given us no choice to kick us out for no reason they never approved our extension to stay, they post in the market right away our unit without notice.
Elevator has broken 20+ times in my building in a 6 month period. Will continuously get hung on the fourth floor and won’t move for days. Sometimes someone will be sent to fix it, most times none. If you are disabled/handicapped/ or inable to walk multiple flights of stairs multiple times a day, this place isn’t for you. 20+ times isn’t exaggerated. This is the 3rd time it had already broke in a week. Avoid this place.
I have lived at the station for 2 years . Apartments are updated and “new” but you will have constant maintenance issues from the exterior gates not working , to the elevator constantly being out of order , multiple people have gotten stuck in it , your ceiling will leak and they will do nothing about it , they do not care to answer the phone in the leasing office and will wait until the following day to call you back.
