I’ve been a tenant at these apartments for over a year. And have nothing but good things to say. The utilities are nicely maintained. So far haven’t encountered any issues with maintenance as well. Compared to other apartments out there in the Huntsville-Madison area I think these are one of the bests I’ve been in.
Edit after 3 years living here: Editing my review since I’ve moved out now. With the change of management, I no longer recommend anyone live here. Most of these 5 star reviews are incentived. Ashleigh and office staff are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They no longer answer the phone anymore. I’ve had several issues towards the end and in order to get anything fixed here, you will have to stand your ground and get ugly. My water and sewer bills were over double the cost for months. ****07/30/25****** Today marks the second consecutive day that I have not been able to enter the gates of The Station at Clift Farm. As a matter of fact, 07/29/25 was the first day in well over a month that the gate (in the gated community no less) closest to my building has been closed. Yesterday, I had to go to the office to get the decal they provided to me "reset", only to discover that it still isn't working. The response from the office, "Yours must be defective.
