The staff are so friendly and quick to help with anything I need. The community is nice and quiet, even living somewhat close to the pool doesn’t bother me, and the gym is nice and never really crowded. Unlike a lot of ‘gated’ communities I’ve seen around here this place actually has a gate that isn’t broken or just left open, overall really awesome place to live! Highly recommend.
Extremely disappointing experience with the management team. My bill had already been paid, yet management somehow sent the account to collections anyway. What should have been a simple mistake to correct turned into an incredibly frustrating process. I had to contact them repeatedly, follow up multiple times, and wait nearly an entire month before the issue was finally resolved. Mitch and Joe always show up and take care of any maintenance problems we have .. they are really appreciated
Subject: Concerns About Gym and Facility Maintenance The atmosphere and overall environment are good, but there are several maintenance and cleanliness issues that management really needs to pay attention to. The gym is often very dirty, and it seems like it may only be cleaned once a month or every couple of months. The pool sticks have been broken for years and still have not been replaced or repaired. My AC we out Saturday night and I put in an emergency service first thing in the morning and had not heard anything. I had to call again and they said that they would send somebody out. Mind you my apartment was probably 97° and not shortly after the second call Mitch came by quickly fix the issue efficiently.Thank you so much for taking your time Mitch you were such a pleasure and I hate that I had pulled you from your Sunday plans!
