Mitch the maintenance guy is amazing, he is always super nice, friendly, and helpful and has solved every issue I’ve sent his way. He always responds to maintenance requests quickly and doesn’t leave until everything is resolved. He has been a huge help fixing my closet rack which has come out of the wall twice now and both times he came within less than a day and helped & patched up the hole!
