I need to address the situation regarding my attorney and the ongoing legal matters. The attorney was hired but did not fulfill his responsibilities adequately. Since January, the court has issued three rulings, all of which the other party has violated. The attorney did file one contempt motion, but the day before a scheduled call, he admitted to not following proper protocol and even proposed a financial incentive to drop the contempt complaint. I made a complaint against my former attorney Bobby Termerchi based on his conduct. I believe he may be a closeted homosexual that purposely jumped off my case because my case involved me getting discriminated against by a couple of homosexuals at work. Anyway, I reported this to the state bar and they did nothing.
