I need to address the situation regarding my attorney and the ongoing legal matters. The attorney was hired but did not fulfill his responsibilities adequately. Since January, the court has issued three rulings, all of which the other party has violated. The attorney did file one contempt motion, but the day before a scheduled call, he admitted to not following proper protocol and even proposed a financial incentive to drop the contempt complaint.
