I highly recommend The Starting Line Automotive Group. This was my third Mercedes purchase and this was by far the easiest. I told Art what I was looking for in my next Mercedes and he went beyond my expectations to find exactly what I wanted. This was my first internet purchase and I was extremely nervous. Art eased my fears and made me very confident with his expertise and knowledge of Mercedes vehicles. I cant say more positive things about Art and The Starting Line Automotive Group.
I have had my car now for 6 months I have kept up regular maintenance etc on the car. After 1 month of having the car it started stuttering. I text Arthur he told me it was the spark plug which lead me to believe he already knew they were going bad . I got them fixed along with having to replace all of the engine coils . 2 months after that it started having transmission issues . Issues Arthur informed me I wouldn’t have because he repaid the transmission sensor. Luckily warranty covered the fixing of that issue . Now today ... read more

I got a 2008 Nissan Altima and I’m so in love with it ! Arthur was very patient with me as a first time car buyer . He made sure that a concern i had was address he went well above and beyond in making sure my car was clean , safe , and in perfect working order ! I will 100% be working with him again in the future.
