lived here for 3 years, has to genuinely be the most challenging season of my life. no AC, maintenance is practically nonexistent, they fell through my roof, and tried to charge me, painted over the mold instead of cleaning it, told me it wasn’t that hot outside when i told them my ac was out for the 10th time, and finally ROACHES. I had to practically move out of the apartment to get the roaches to die out, using specialized bait. I actually became incredibly educated on german cockroaches because of this complex. Horrible maintenence. Multiple work orders and my son doesn't have air for over a year. There are roaches. Frequent change in owners. Inconsistent. Don't stay here... RUN!!!
Extremely Disappointed with Management and Maintenance I do not recommend this apartment to any student or tenant. The maintenance is extremely poor—many maintenance works have left months ago, and nothing has improved since. Requests go unanswered, and there is no sense of urgency or accountability from the management. Despite the lack of service, tenants are still expected to pay everything on time. I am very unhappy with how the management is handling things.
It’s a pretty good place to live economical and near to the center of the town.
