Extremely Disappointed with Management and Maintenance I do not recommend this apartment to any student or tenant. The maintenance is extremely poor—many maintenance works have left months ago, and nothing has improved since. Requests go unanswered, and there is no sense of urgency or accountability from the management. Despite the lack of service, tenants are still expected to pay everything on time. I am very unhappy with how the management is handling things.
It’s a pretty good place to live economical and near to the center of the town.
I was a resident at Starlite for a few years and moved out in July of 2024. Living here was average at best. January of 2024, there was no hot water at the complex and it took so long to fix, that the leasing office was offering appointments for residents to take hot showers at a different location.
