We have had this company out to our condo complex 6 times and they leave saying the problem has been fixed. Each time after a few days no hot water. The HOA is actively looking to replace them. Not soon enough
Came to inspect the Solar Water Heater problem. The technician said that he will be back with the replacement part, but he never came back. However, the accounting department called very next day to collect their bill for the tech's time. Do not use this company.
