I was drawn to this hotel because of its vegan cuisine, but my vacation was so much more meaningful. The food doesn't disappoint, that's for sure! I was blown away by the caring staff. Carolina at the front desk went over and above when she saw that i had a broken hand and offered me a her old cast cover. It made a huge difference!
