My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the food was both healthy and delicious. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided a cozy escape from the cool, overcast days. When I accidentally left my swimsuit behind, the owner personally called and promptly mailed it back—such thoughtful service!
We spent a few days enjoying a comfortable and well-maintained room. The space was clean and inviting, with a charming fireplace and a small terrace that added to the cozy atmosphere. However, our experience with the hotel’s restaurant was underwhelming. Both breakfast and dinner failed to meet expectations, especially considering the high prices. Stanford Inn is one of the best treasures on the Mendocino Coast. I booked a room for my birthday, and the owner upgraded me to a suite that was one of nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in-cozy fireplace, gorgeous views, perfectly comfortable, and even came with delicious vegan cookies! The greenhouse pool/hot tub/sauna is luxury straight out of White Lotus. Experience Mendo in true style!
