I have been with this company since I was a teenager. Even after moving out of town to Southern Ontario, I still dealt with Soraya the entire time. She is absolutely fantastic and so very helpful. Always took the time to either email or talk on the phone if she felt it would be easier to explain. Unfortunately, I am able to get cheaper premiums through another company they don't deal with so I am very sad I won't have her assistance.
