This hotel is absolutely horrifying and has been that way since I first stepped in…do yourself a favor and do not stay here! The manager who checked me in was awful and then the compressor on the air conditioning made noise all night, the water was brown in the bathtub with hairs all over the tub, and there were stains all over the carpet.
Great Hyatt property in East Village, close to a lot of awesome restaurants and bars. Room was clean, staff were friendly, checked The Standard off Brand Explorer, no complaints.
Terrible Hotel staff was rude. Rooms were dirty. Food was awful. Stay far away bad area lots of bums on the street begging for food.
