Great atmosphere but room is very small with broken TV
Great spot, even better staff

The only positive about this hotel is the location. Service is almost non existent. We checked in Sunday and when we left for the day on Monday and returned around 7pm, the room had not been cleaned and we were told housekeeping left for the day. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Lots of other Hyatt options in New York.
