Update- 6 months later, payment systems still down, no auto available, late fees apply, no one picking up or returning phone calls, Payments in person only. No security on staff. No back office running. No one to help with payments or questions. But maintenance is good.
Had an issue with the air unit not turning on, submitted a ticket and the team came out within an hour! They had it back up and running in no time, and even explained what was going on so I could be aware. Thank you, Jonathan!
I am currently relocating back to the area and stumbled on this complex. Aubrey, the property manager, showed me a unit, and pretty much held my hand and walked me through the application process since it's done on-line, and I'm kind of a technology idiot, while working pretty shorthanded, helping a new co-worker and juggling some other things.
