When I moved in and for a while , the young management staff admitted that their clueless and don't know what they're doing. Later they hired a lady named Shelley. She inherented a real mess. Shelly is the professional that takes charge and is doing a fantastic job turning this place into a 1st class establishment. Thank you Shelly.
We have had a great experience at The Standard. A special shout out to Shelly who made our leasing process super easy in the midst of a stressful time. We have found this complex to be super peaceful, clean and love the location. Would definitely recommend!
I just moved into my second apartment at the Standard and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional community and staff! The transition from one apartment to another was remarkably seamless and entirely stress-free, all thanks to the superb assistance from Savannah. She is a true asset. What I appreciate most is the authentic "community" vibe here—everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I toured the property today and absolutely loved it! The staff was so welcoming! Shelly took me on a tour and answered all my questions. She was super friendly and able to provide me with all the answers to my questions. We are moving at the end of the year, but this property is first on the list! It's absolutely stunning.
