I just wanted to warn everyone to AVOID THE STANDARD APARTMENTS AT ALL COST!!! The place is a rip-off. My son stayed there in a three bedroom apartment for his Sophmore year paying $1200/mo plus tax and parking fees and here is why he hated it: - The Standard requires a full one year contract although students normally only need 9 months so you are forced to pay thousands of dollars over the need. -The cellphone reception was a nightmare. If you sign here prepare for an unenjoyable living experience (especially considering the price). Although some of the staff is nice and helpful, the staff and management overall is unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall the staff do not value the happiness or satisfaction of residents since they know they will sign 100% regardless they don’t really care about you.
