If you don't mind spiders, gnats, cockroaches, homeless people roaming around, constant car alarms at night, trash everywhere, creeps (men wearing maintenance employee uniforms) taking pictures of you from behind, or paper thin walls, then this is the place for you. Only reason Im giving this place two stars is because of management. Pretty on top of any maintenance problems. No problem with water or AC.
I actually really enjoy living here. I've been here for 3 years and minus the traffic noise from Guadalupe (i live facing the road), the staff are always friendly and helpful. They seem like they really want to fix the problem right away. Although not entirely successful always the first time, they eventually get it taken care of. This place is also generally affordable and each have their own washer/dryer inside the unit! If I could live 0 stars I would. No available parking spaces and they called the towing company while we are under QUARANTINE!! They told my sisters boyfriend to bring out $75 and by the time he RAN in and out they left with the vehicle. THEN, they have the audacity to charge $295 and claim that they cant get the car because they are "closed." AGAINST AZ STATE LAW. The office of course didn't answer. Lived here for 15 months, august 2016-december 2017. In hindsight, i think we might have been better off buying a tent and camping. There's a leasing office on-site. This is the only semi-positive because, at the time, they accepted deliveries in the office. Positives end there. When we first viewed our unit, there was a combo washer/dryer, supposedly standard in every unit. A week later at move-in, it was gone despite being included in the lease.
