I work in the corporate housing industry. Being able to have a great relationship with properties is a must! The Standard at CityLine apartments are modern, clean and gorgeous! Lisa, Jennifer and Lorena are always quick to answer any questions and are incredibly sweet. I highly recommend!
I love this property and its management! Lisa, the office manager is the absolute BEST!!! Lorena is incredibly sweet, caring and helpful! Maintenance is also great, and very efficient! I was a resident here for 3 years and my stay was PHENOMENAL!!! I hated to move and I truly miss them, but I needed to move closer to my grand baby! This property is a 10 out 10 for me and I would definitely recommend!!!! Sign that lease, friend…you won’t regret it!!!
It is a very nice place to live and I am truly sorry that I have to move. Very calm and secure. The Wholefoods across the street and the Dart train station allows someone to have a car free life. Also, shuttles for UTD have stops near the apartment complex. The park across the street is also very nice to exercise. CityLine has several activities (outdoors market, concerts,...) that bring out the neighborhood together. Maintenance is fast and solved our problems quickly. I will be living in these apartments going on 3 years now. I have had a great experience! The staff at leasing center has always been attentive and kind and has answered any questions or helped out with any concerns. Always has been easy to get help with maintenance issues and fix and issues in a timely manner. It’s a great competitive price for the location and units are spacious. DON'T MOVE HERE. Your packages will be stolen. Although it is gated, most of your packages will be stolen. It is gated in a way that Door dash or Uber find it difficult to deliver food. But packages get easily stolen from all the buildings. There is no security camera. Edit: There is nothing done to prevent theft or provide convenience and comfort of keeping our packages safely. Despite multiple requests the leasing office did not even say they will see what they can do about ensuring safety.
