To put it simply - the management staff here makes this feel like a home rather than an apartment complex. That says it all. I’ve had a good overall experience living here and think it deserves five stars for several key reasons. Management is excellent — they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely open to feedback. Service requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The area feels quite safe, and the location is super convenient with the DART station and two major highways nearby. Letty was amazing! There was consistent communication from applying to being approved. I’m just moving in, so my view is from a new tenant perspective. However, so far I have no complaints with the staff or the community.
