Great place for my first apartment! Lovely neighborhood, friendly people, and close to so many things. Staff is very friendly and communicative. Just wish there were more social gatherings. Will stay as long as I can!
The apartment itself was fine, but the management is the real issue—completely unethical. During my lease, my car was broken into on the property. There was no help or accountability from management. Then, after moving out, I was blindsided by a nearly $1,800 bill. They charged me $1,000 for a small, ping-pong ball-sized hole in the carpet, claiming they had to replace the entire thing. Going on 3 years being here. I've never had any problems. Service orders have always been handled the same day. And management have all been great.
Excellent customer service; the girls are very friendly and helpful.
