I just wanted to take a time out to appreciate specially Robert . He’s kindness and professionalism I had request to fix the AC, that he went above and beyond there was a few things was needed to repair he noticed that and asked me if he could fix it for me I said yes…. He fixed it and one of the task needed help fixed it with Chad both were very kind people I wanted to recognize them for their kindness, Thank you !!!

UPDATE: I sent an email with the photos of the bugs to the mgmt office, instead of thanking me for bringing this to their attention, I was met with excuses about nature, then they cancelled the standing appointment I had for pest control. Pls make this make sense. And as predicted the form letter response. #1 thing to know if you move in here, there will be a show of care, then nothing changes. And if an improvement can be made which requires more “work” from the residence instead of the staff, that is the option that will b... read more
