The Standard has been my best living/renting experience, hands down. And that is 1000% contributed to the team that makes up the management group. The leasing agents, Jennifer and Lorena, who may be the assistant manager at this point, were the ones I worked with originally almost 2 years ago now. They are phenomenal. Lisa, the manager, is always very friendly and kind. The maintenance crew is absolutely incredible. Chad is exceptional, and the entire team is the reason why I will continuing leasing with this property.
The Standard at Cityline does not allow anyone who comes from a poor background to live there. Its only for rich individuals. My kid goes to UTD and we were willing to pay up front the entire year's lease to equal $18,000 using her financial aide but they refused to accept her because we did not have great credit. And only immediate family members with great credit and who make 6.5 times the rent can cosign. If you have a friend willing to cosign, they won't allow it. The apartment and amenities are nice for the price. Maintenance has been nothing but exceptional handling my requests timely and professionally.
I’ve had a great experience living at The Standard at CityLine. One of the biggest highlights has been the outstanding office staff. Jennifer and Lorena were always a pleasure to work with - friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
