I’ve had a good overall experience living here and think it deserves five stars for several key reasons. Management is excellent — they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely open to feedback. Letty was amazing! There was consistent communication from applying to being approved. I’m just moving in, so my view is from a new tenant perspective. However, so far I have no complaints with the staff or the community.
Our lease was up and the renewal offer was 10% higher than our current rent so we put in our notice to vacate. While apartment hunting, we discovered our unit is now back on the market for LESS than our ORIGINAL rent! We are now moving to another apartment complex in the Cityline area with similar rent but it actually provides better quality facilities and modern appliances compared to what The Standard offers.
