The elevator has been broken all weekend. ridiculous, only management has the keys to fix it apparently and none of them have come to see the property???? its sunday night and this broke friday evening, and you mean to tell me no one in management can bother to come fix it? people's parents visiting, disabled tenants, etc all have had to deal with this all weekend and people have to walk up to 18 flights. there is a lack of communication. honestly so disappointed especially for how much we pay for this place. the stairwells ... read more

Unprofessional, intrusive, and inconsistent. NOT RECOMMEND! Management is completely unresponsive to emails and maintenance requests (took over 3 days for a response in average). I experienced staff entered my apartment weekly without permission for a month, just for inspecting unit condition – zero privacy. They also enforce rules unfairly: I was fined for a chair on my balcony, but multiple units on the opposite building had the same thing with no penalty. They refuse to clean up the human feces outside the doors of the building. It smells so bad and walking outside is absolutely unbearable. Even after asking the front desk multiple times to clean it up they refuse to, saying that they are too busy dealing with move out. Very poor management.
I will give negative stars if I can cuz I think one star is still too high for this place. This is the worst apartment I have ever seen in Atlanta. 1. Unreasonable charge. I have to pay at least 1,600$ in rent every month (one room in 2b2b, while the floor plan in the website shows that the rent is less than 1500$), and sometimes the electricity bill can be extremely high.
