Horrible management, insane utility bill and cleaning requirements during moveout
Utilities are insane (over a $100 per person on average) and the move out check list is completely unrealistic. They expect tenants to deep clean the apartments including things like the ceiling fans. Otherwise they charge exorbitant move out fees. The building is decent but aging and it shows. The management is very unprofessional.
