I have enjoyed living at The Standard at 36th for ~18 months, moving here from a townhome in a different part of Des Moines. The team that manages the property and the overall support of the tenants are second to none, and I truly appreciate their humility, attention to detail, and ownership of anything that is brought to them for my living space or the community as a whole. Absolutely one of my favorite places to live, so many great amenities, dog friendly with a play pen for my girl! amazing staff from maintenance to property manager. We loved our time at the standard!
Maintenance helped us super quickly and was very friendly. Happy to live here
My wife and I loved living here for the first 2.5 years of our marriage! The pool is amazing, the weight room is great, and the maintenance is very responsive! One note on the property: there is limited fresh air if you do not have a balcony/patio. We moved units in order to gain that fresh air access because anything we cooked would linger for days. Overall, a great place to live and I recommend it to everyone!
The Standard at 36th is like living at a resort! Everyone is super welcoming and the staff there is super nice and hard working. Maintenance fixed a few of my apartment issues within 1 business day! The apartment amenities are super cool and the apartment alone is worth the price!
