Either the residents that live here are the worst chefs on the planet or the smoke alarms are trigger happy. This place is amazing to live at OUTSIDE of the the fact that the fire alarm goes off nearly every single week. I'm sure the fire department that lives 1 minute away is super thrilled lol

I’ve lived at The Standard for almost a year now and absolutely love it! They have great amenities and the staff are always so helpful and kind. It really feels like a community you’re apart of and they often host events and contests to help you get involved and meet your neighbors. I love the resort style pool, the gym and especially the underground parking garage. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone!
I’ve lived at The Standard at 36th for 13 months, and it has been an exceptional experience. The building is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with friendly neighbors and a diverse community of professionals. Overall great place, clean building and friendly staff just be ready for paper thin walls and to hope that you have considerate neighbors who don’t stomp due to being able to hear almost every single footstep they make
