I have lived at The Standard for over 2 years and I love it! Kristen in the office is super responsive and always happy to help. The property is beautiful and in the best location. It is not loud and crazy like other places in Old Town and you can walk to lots of bars , shopping, and restaurants!
Have lived here under a year and love it so far. It’s clean, good management team - Rosa & Kristen have been a huge help since I moved in. Pet friendly apartment and there’s a lot of cool dogs that make your day. Solid perk. The location is awesome too. It’s right in old town but in a quiet, safe, set back location. The amenities are very nice. Good diversity. Happy resident
Great place to live! Very well taken care of and awesome staff to help! Would recommend The Standard to anyone looking to live right in the middle of all the fun of Old Town!

Great location, excellent accommodations and friendly neighbors. I’m loving the discount at Hotel Valley Ho. I really do feel like I’m on vacation daily. And that pool!
Wouldn't live anywhere else! We love the small community, awesome pool and amenities, perks at the neighboring Valley Ho, and the well-appointed apartments with modern touches, full size W/D, and stainless appliances.
