RecommendedOriginally built for the International Association of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers & Railroad Trainmen in 1925, this 21-story edifice serves as a northern guardian to CLE Public Square. Restored and renovated into apartments in 2015, it has been a City of Cleveland Historic Landmark since 1979.

We moved in to this beautiful building in January. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and service. From the leasing office to the maintenance staff, everyone is friendly and goes above & beyond. Anytime we have a question we receive a prompt response. Julie in the leasing office is wonderful, she follows up with me anytime I need something and I can tell that she truly cares about the residents of this building. I 100% recommend The Standard for anyone considering a move to downtown.

The Standard and the staff have been absolutely wonderful! We are so pleased to call this our home! Alexandra has been absolutely fantastic, couldn't have asked for a better point person. Great layout, unbeatable location. Keep it up!!!
