Extremly fortunate to have The Stakem Group represent my family since 2016. The have closed on three of our residential properties to date. All have sold in seven days or less. Beth and Mark understand the industry, market and most imprtant, client needs. After assesment, their strategy is simple "lets price it to sell". Well, it worked three times in a row.
