Stay away from this company. Crappy product. They do not stand behind their product or their customer. We experienced serious cracks in our staircase and have repeatedly asked them to fix the issue. After numerous messages and voicemails, Damian refused to reach out to us. Shame on them and their business. Zero stars!!
This email is long overdue. I met Charlie back in August in 2019. My very first meeting with Charlie was an absolute delight. Charlie, is such a professional a class act all together. I wish we knew more people like Charlie. We decided to do some remodelling in our home and adding the glass modern stairs was a must have for our home. All I have to say is wow Beautiful work they came out to me before my scheduled date which I appreciated very much. I was super impressed by how professional they were and the quality of work! Highly recommended for your stair retread and banister installation
