Service with attitude – I seem to keep picking holes in the European drinking holes in my Citysearch reviews. This place is fast becoming a hole due to the terrible service from the staff. I will admit that the bar is not conducive to serving as it has so many blind spots that patrons are often ignored resulting in customers being annoyed before they start their first sip further resulting in initial tense negotiations for drinks. Bad quality of customer service – Once I was there, set at the bar and this girl almost threw the beer in my face. I am not going back! The manager during night is very rude. Although, their food is great, there is a great selection of beers but there is such bad customer service that it is absolutely unbelievable.
Undesirable service and attitudes – The Stag's Head is a place I frequent on Tuesday's. The have good beer specials, but I'm not sure I could say it's worth the service I've received. I've basically been told that myself and company lack manners on one occasion due to asking permission to use part of the facility. I can't say all the wait staff is appalling though. Best Beer Deal On Tuesdays – Stag's Head is a great place to go on Tuesdays if you LOVE beer. You can get your favorite domestics (including Shiner) in $5 pitchers....not just for happy hour, but ALL NIGHT! You can't beat that deal. The atmosphere is great for hanging out with a group of friends or playing darts. The pub is large so you don't feel congested, and the bartenders are all very personable. They remember your name and keep the drinks flowing. I highly recommend this bar.

Wait staff/ bartenders with bad-tude – sure, they play all world cup games- and on sundays, bonus, pints are 2.75- otherwise, i'd never step foot inside the place- the staff/ bartenders have the worst attitudes ever- i just moved here from brooklyn, and i'm telling you, these waitresses provide horrible service without a smile- so annoying and disapointing
Poor Attitude – Waited 30+ minutes for a table, then was ignored by waitress as she served others, asked for menus and was still ignored, when questioned why, ignored more, so left. OverAll -would never return until new wait staff added.
What a GREAT Place!!! – I have never received such high quality service at a pub in my whole life! They asked me for my drink order within 20 seconds of walking through the door. They returned with my drink in under 30 seconds. From door to drink was less than a minute. After another draft beer I played a nice game of darts with another patron. OhMAN was that good – I found the Stag's Head a few months ago when another place we enjoyed closed it's doors, The Internet Cafe. The WiFi was great and the food was quait, sodas rocked. During our search we checked out the Stag's Head and have found a new home. Very friendly staff, quick drinks and food. I think the best fish & chips in town.
