I would not recommend living at this apartment for the next few years because of the construction (Written Jan 2026). If you do stay here, hope and pray that you don’t live on the east side facing College Street like I do. 1) The construction noise is terrible - it wakes me up most everyday and is loud from 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Saturday.
