It was very refreshing to work with someone whose communication went above & beyond and was so friendly....definitely the best realtor I have ever worked with!!!! Her group sold some land for me located in NC and took less than 1 week to receive an offer over asking. She also provided great advice & feedback on our first offer that was equal to our asking price but required a long closing date. So glad we didn't accept that offer!
