Just bought a home in Dover built by this company. Wow are they missing the mark. From broken appliances to half done infrastructure they are cheap. They sell homes high to make a profit but deliver a sub-par job. Plus they give you the run around. Everyday I want to sell my home and get out of one built by this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They bailed on us in the Woodlands...here is what they left unfinished next to my house...If you want integrity and full disclosure, avoid Stabile...
