Wow! Fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was incredible. From the guy at the door that took our bags to the check in person to the concierge and the bartenders. The people who work here make you feel special! Our turn down service was so neat. I’ve never seen that or had it done and it was luxurious. Everything in the hotel was spotless. I don’t know if we will ever save up this many points again, but if we can splurge we would 100 % be back because it’s a memory we won’t forget. Thank you St Regis for treating us ... read more
Great hotel in line with St. Regis standard. However, breakfast staff seemed flustered, rushed, and inattentive.
My wife and I chose The St. Regis San Francisco to celebrate my birthday, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Astor Suite, and the butler service made the stay feel even more special. Robson Boscarioli welcomed us to the suite, gave us a thoughtful introduction to its features, and arranged complimentary pressing.
