Hotel bellissimo e molto pulito. Personale gentile, attento e sempre disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto le piccole attenzioni, come lo spray profumato per il cuscino e i cioccolatini in camera. Un soggiorno di altissimo livello!
Customer service was amazing. From the bellman to the front desk staff. They greeted us warmly each time we entered the lobby. 5 star service. The room clean up service was also amazing. I look forward to staying again and recommended it to all my family and friends.
This hotel is extremely mismanaged. Staff ignored multiple reasonable requests, and were slow to respond even after I raised concerns several times. I felt like guest comfort was the least of their priorities. If you experience anything similar, I highly recommend filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Luxury prices should come with basic respect — this property fails to deliver both.
