Room was beautiful, location in San francisco was excellent. Walking distance to lots of great areas, 30 minutes drive from the airport, 20 minute drive from fisherman wharf. The reason I have only 3 stars is because everytime we left the room we had to get a new key from the front desk because our key would be disabled. It was frustrating to say the least. And the pool area didn't have a hot tub, which was disappointing. I don't know if I would recommend the hotel to friends or family but i did have a great time and the roo... read more
I recently stayed at The St. Regis San Francisco for a work trip, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of service was simply amazing – every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to be helpful. Staying at the St. Regis is always nice. This time It was no different,at the St. Regis San Francisco. My king bed room was immaculate. Bed was firm uncomfortable. There is an alarm clock provided that also has a sound machine and Bluetooth connectivity. Bathroom had a tub and shower. One sink. Lighting in the room was great. Also had a full length mirror to make sure your outfit is good and everything is good, which I always appreciate.
