Vintage Room Review - Not a hotel review: I’ve never had such an unorganized/strange experience at a place as nice as this. Very happy I didn’t book a table because the place was dead. I was first in line at 12pm and there were 25 people inside already which was the maximum capacity for some reason even though the tent could hold at least 5X that. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff is fantastic, the views are incredible and the whole experience was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and hope I get to stay here again soon.
We visited the Vintage Room, pros: DJ was great and totally fun to experience. Cons: how open security was about bribes. There is a clear price to enter - security needs $100 per person to bribe your way in. I’d rather just buy a $100 ticket from the hotel to get in. Hotel - you need a better system in place or a new team, you are missing out on revenue. They wouldn’t even let people in when the venue was emptying out without paying the bribe.
We had a great stay at the St. Regis this month.The indoor and outdoor staff were all extremely kind and over the top amazing. They make everything so easy. The transportation shuttle was perfect and the drivers are the nicest guys ever! The ski valet was very convenient. My skis? Set up outside waiting for me in the front row before lifts opened.
