We just brought a group of approximately 90 guests for a charity destination event at the St Regis. Our Group Sales Manager was Sarah Martin. She was absolutely fabulous to work with! Our Event Manager was Eric Ball and he was utterly fantastic! Eric also had a great team working under him who were similarly wonderful to work with. The service at the hotel was flawless. Good hotel, however should absolutely be no kids allowed. Completely ruins the peace and quiet one comes here to experience. Writing this listening to screaming kids running around the lobby/grounds without parent supervision
We had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Deer Valley. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. As platinum elite members, we were generously upgraded to a beautiful suite with a full kitchen, two balconies, and two fireplaces, which made our stay especially comfortable and memorable. Spencer at the front desk was particularly helpful and went above and beyond for us. Excellent stay here August 2026! Booked through AMEX FHR and was extremely pleased with our 2-night stay here as a family of three with a 16-month old infant. In the week prior to check-in, I appreciated the email welcoming us and conversed with the front desk on a few requests. I thought it set a great tone for the stay. Upon arrival, the valet at the lower entrance was helpful, and they were able to honor the FHR noon check-in and room upgrade. We were grateful!
