Hotel was great. Very large and fantastic amenities. There is a private, free shuttle to access Park City (or anywhere within 5 miles). It functions like an Uber app to coordinate pickups and drop offs. All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Special shout out to Spencer for scheduling us a private champagne saboring after we missed the normal one all 4 evenings. Kiki and Fatima facilitated the private saboring and were amazing as well! Highly recommend this property and their amazing staff.
We had a perfect, beautiful stay at the St. Regis for the beginning of our honeymoon! The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs; our waitress Gretel at the RIME restaraunt was especially kind and greatly contributed to our experience. Amazing rooms, food, and service!
$65 resort fee. I just really hate resort fees as a tool to make hotel prices look artificially low - it feels slimy and not transparent so I will keep leaving bad reviews to hotels that has one. Plenty of luxury hotels charge more, don’t use fees, and it is a better customer experience. The hotel manager will say that the fee is disclosed in their disclaimers - which it is - but again I find this form of pricing gives a bad taste and is an ugly practice - disclosed or not.
