We stayed at the Saint Regis last month (March, 2026). This was our second visit to this property. Let me give you the spoiler. We love it so much…we will be back. Why? The little things. The pampering. The “can we put your boots on”? The “can we take your boots off?” The 24/7 butler service that will bring Coke Zero drinks to your room whenever needed. It’s a great place for a family to unwind and get back together.
Horrible experience! Noisy! Awful staff! They barely speak english ... yet they always are asking for your room number. Literally suspicious of everyone! Get ready to get interrogated if you don't have your room card accessible. Even worse when you have kids!! Will never stay here again!
I wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee, Cheyenne, for the exceptional service she provided. I had an issue with a booking that was completely my fault, but Cheyenne handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. She went well beyond what I would normally expect from a front desk manager.
