I recently stayed at this five-star hotel and, overall, found the property very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately, however, an incident during my stay left me extremely disappointed and concerned. At around 11:00 p.m., I requested an item from the front desk. The hotel sent someone to deliver it to my room. When the employee knocked on my door and received no answer, he used a key to unlock the door and entered my room without my permission. I immediately complained to the front desk. Had a lovely afternoon with my mom today enjoying the spa and lunch and already planning the next visit! Valet was fabulous, especially the GM, Alexander Morales was top notch and able to assist us in a smooth departure at the end of a lovely Sunday.
