Thank you for your high level of service. You made the event so memorable.
The hotel exudes luxury, but more important, the people are amazing. We didn't have a bad interaction in all our stay. To the contrary, everybody went to great lengths to be extra attentive and helpful. Angel at the bar was superb with service and suggestions. He went above and beyond to be very nice to my son. Even on the nights that we didn't eat at the bar, we stopped by to say hi to Angel. Mabel, María and Samhir (probably misspelled - Turkish guy) were excellent at the Atlantikos restaurant. Our stay was unforgettable, the hotel staff made sure our stay was perfect. Some minor issues that was solved in the best way possible. Beatriz, Lara, Ronald and the hotel GM Carlo took care of the smallest details to make the whole family happy and comfortable. All of the facilities were top notch and the hotel proximity to the most luxurious mall is and restaurants is wonderful.
