I’m not going to lie, I was pretty intimated to join. I had never used most of the equipment I’ve seen in their pictures. I couldn’t tell you what any sort of deadlift looked like. Also, yoga was my primary form of exercise. It had been years since I formally strength trained. I bit the bullet and went anyway, despite it being outside of my comfort zone. I am SO GLAD I did!
