Even though I couldn’t complete an application, I would like to say Reyna is awesome. She was very sweet and considerate. Unfortunately there wasn’t a 1 bedroom available for me but I will recommend my friends.
Loved this property. Will definitely apply once I’m closer to my move in date. Reyna is very helpful. She gave me options considering my needs. Great service.

My mom has lived at mason mill Apts for 12 years. CoVID created an issue with her online payment. The previous office manager wasn’t able to fix the problem, so my mom has been paying by check. But as of June 1, payment is only accepted online. The new office manager , Carmen, was didn’t know how to fix the issue herself but she sent to her supervisors and IT and in less Than a few hours the problem has been resolved.
