Recently I found myself moving from a rural area to the city. I thought I would never find the feel and privacy of a country home. Latham Apartments has provided that to me. The staff is outstanding. Maintenance is timely in their response and amenities are great. Neighbors are quiet and courteous. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and well-maintained place to live.
I’m now starting my second year at Latham Park, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The community is warm and friendly, and the leasing office has done an amazing job from day one — they’re always welcoming, helpful, and make you feel right at home. I’ve been at Latham almost a year and it has been a great experience in all ways. It’s very clear the people at Latham care about the community and residents. From events to friendly staff to a commitment to quality in all ways, things are done right here. I know I wasn’t the first person to live in my apartment but it seemed like it based on the amazing condition it was in. My apartment layout and big garage are awesome.
