I’m now starting my second year at Latham Park, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The community is warm and friendly, and the leasing office has done an amazing job from day one — they’re always welcoming, helpful, and make you feel right at home. Maintenance is consistently on time and well done — every request I’ve made has been handled quickly and professionally. I’ve been at Latham almost a year and it has been a great experience in all ways. It’s very clear the people at Latham care about the community and residents. From events to friendly staff to a commitment to quality in all ways, things are done right here. I know I wasn’t the first person to live in my apartment but it seemed like it based on the amazing condition it was in. My apartment layout and big garage are awesome. I lived here 3 years, had $ 1,500 deposit. My kids cleaned it all spotless. Was told the carpets needed replaced. We also paid a $ 300 dog deposit, non refundable, and $ 40.00 a month dog fee. My dog never went in the house, and was never in my sons room. My kids cleaned and deodorized the two bedroom carpets. Still said they are replacing them. I lived here for 2 years had to relocate recently to another part of the state. This is a fantastic community. It's quiet. The apartment was very clean, spacious and I loved the attached garage. There are lot of windows. The place was so well lit that I hardly had to use lights during the daytime. I did not have to go outside to get in the car to leave.
