I lived here 3 years, had $ 1,500 deposit. My kids cleaned it all spotless. Was told the carpets needed replaced. We also paid a $ 300 dog deposit, non refundable, and $ 40.00 a month dog fee. My dog never went in the house, and was never in my sons room. My kids cleaned and deodorized the two bedroom carpets. Still said they are replacing them. I lived here for 2 years had to relocate recently to another part of the state. This is a fantastic community. It's quiet. The apartment was very clean, spacious and I loved the attached garage. There are lot of windows. The place was so well lit that I hardly had to use lights during the daytime. I did not have to go outside to get in the car to leave. I love living at The Square at Latham! It’s a luxury community in a beautiful country setting. Included in my two bedroom apartment is an attached garage with opener, spacious walk-in closets, two full bathrooms, an open kitchen with lovely stainless steel appliances. I love everything about living in this community. Especially love the apartment layout and attached garage, exercise room, community activities, and friendly community. Management and maintenance staff are top notch!! Can’t recommend these apartments enough!!
