We’ve lived here for almost a year and have absolutely loved it here so far. The community is safe, quiet, tucked away, well taken care of, and just a great place to live! We enjoy the walking paths, green space for our kids and dog, the clubhouse is wonderful and our kids enjoy the pool. The apartments are well maintained and clean, and maintenance is always done quick. I’d highly recommend living here, we love it here!
Recently I found myself moving from a rural area to the city. I thought I would never find the feel and privacy of a country home. Latham Apartments has provided that to me. The staff is outstanding. Maintenance is timely in their response and amenities are great. Neighbors are quiet and courteous. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and well-maintained place to live.

The community is warm and friendly, and the leasing office has done an amazing job from day one — they’re always welcoming, helpful, and make you feel right at home.
