Dan is not only the owner of the company... he IS the sprinkler guy! My experience with him has been all around wonderful. He's efficient, has great communication, VERY knowledgeable, and he does the work right the 1st time! I will call him for any issues or maintenance needed with our system! Not only was Dan responsive to my call but he came out in a timely manner to provide a quote. He then returned to complete the work as agreed upon. I found Dan to be very professional and courteous, so I used him again in the fall to blow out my sprinkler system.
Shut off and blow out of sprinkling system performed in October. We assumed this was completed correctly until we received our water bill of $395 for the month of November. Water had been running into the ground at approximately 50 gallons per hour according to the water company. When water bill received I went outside and checked. The main valve had not been shut off. Fast. Reliable. Efficient. Affordable. Dan the Sprinkler Guy is knowledgeable and has always treated me right. Highly recommend.
They were great the few times I actually got them to my house! But whoever runs the phones for them is horrid! I have called repeatedly, practically begging for someone to come do repairs for two seasons now. I have still not even gotten on the damn schedule! They are just too busy to care about more business. I’m so disappointed, and completely done with these guys!
I spent $720 between 5/12/17 and 7/25/17 with this company for various sprinkler repairs and maintenance. Despite this work my water bill during this period of time indicated a persistent leak in the system, This company stated they would like to "get things taken care of" and scheduled an appointment at my home for 9/22/17 with the owner Dan Stifflear between 1.30 and 3.30pm.
