Horrible customer service. The manager (? female) and owner (Drew) are very rude, disrespectful, and lack professionalism. I contacted the company to turn off my sprinkler system and winterize my pipes. I was told that I had to wait for a month and they will contact me. I was contacted by email and the date was set.
