I called them to do a sprinkler startup and was told they would do the start up and any on-site reparis they could cover in the first hour for a flat $100 dollar fee. I ended up being charged extra for repairs as it took longer than an hour, simply because they weren't prepared with proper parts on their truck before arrival so they had to leave and go get them.
