Mom is so happy with this place! The staff is friendly, helpful and always running around to help each other. Mom loves the daily exercise classes and other activities. They have three fresh meals a day in the dining room, weekly maid service and transportation available to appointments. The building and grounds are cheerful, clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly shocked at how affordable it is for a one bedroom, which is plenty of space for one person. I honestly can’t say enough about it.
Management here does NOT care about the elderly who live here. I also witnessed the general manager yell at someone. I would never let my elderly relatives live here. Their safety would be a huge concern of mine. In response: this review is regard to a male GM and happened at a much earlier date than this review. So I am very glad to hear that there is new management! I am sure the facility will thrive now that new management is in place.
This the third place I have lived and it is far and away the best. The staff here is wonderful and they all help each other to keep me happy. There is always something on the menu I like. Eggs to order are always done right. There is a beauty and barber. Our activity director does a great job including daily exercise classes.
My dad has lived at The Springs for over 8 years and really likes it. The staff are very helpful and kind. He likes the different activities they offer and the friends he has made. He also likes they offer a couple menu choices with each meal.
This place is very clean and nice and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful and so are the people who live here
