I don't know of any other Apartments in Arlington that have trash bins in front of the building entrance. CAN Y'ALL PLEASE remove the trash bins in front of the property? I stood outside for a few hours at night last week talking to one of my neighbors and we seen many rats going into the trash cans and running in the street. Everyone throws there trash in the bins. My neighbor was in tears because his clothes got burnt holes in them. 08/25/2026-The Propery Manager should give new blinds to us residents that have the whole window inside our showers/bathtubs. Still no update from staff about the ventilation system and the fan being fixed on the roof. Don't move here unless you want to deal with many maintenance problems. I haven't been able to reside peacefully at The Springs.
Update: 07/07/2026, I have not been able to use my oven or stove due to my ac not working. The air machine does no justice when the floors are cement, 1 & 2 floors. Update:07/04/2026- It is currently 80 degrees in my unit with the air machine Teddy gave me. I have to keep rubbing the silver tape to the window making sure the cardboard doesn't detach.
