I have lived at the springs for 7 years and counting! I have had a great experience with Sera. She is friendly, kind and patient with me and all my questions and concerns!
Beautiful place to live. Sera is a wonderful property manager!
Staff are friendly and helpful, maintenance issues are always resolved quickly and the community is so very friendly!
I gave 3 stars because I lived there for 9 years. They were extreemly nice and friendly until you sign the contract. Then you become their groundskeeper. There were many i spections. One was conducted on Christmas Eve because HUD had failed to meet their quota for that year. HUD is not your friend. The threatening letters started coming. First it was once a month. Lives here for 6 years, they micromanage your house and inspections. Threats of being kicked out are left on the door without them even explaining what the issue is and then you call in and they say it was really not that big of a deal. No Christmas lights allowed, fines for grass over level 3 on your lawnmower, and when you move out they always over charge. Rent increases even if your pay does not. Each person I know that has lived here has spent over $1200 to leave and we were charged $3500 Save your money and go elsewhere
