Estrella was super helpful, and the place looked wonderful. This has been the first complex I think cares about how the complex looks and how the residents feel. It is a really nice environment but their maintenance is not matched the level of the complex. When we report the maintenance request they don’t perform it well or just ignore it. They promised to change two wooden drawers units after three weeks then they said after three months until now (after four months ) nothing. Their Gym equipment is old fashioned and some of them are out of order and dangerous. In general, they need more improvements for their business.
