Customer service is exceptional! Best place to live! Love living there !!!!!!!
Price is OK but comes with lots of cockroaches. They can handle very basic maintenance stuff but complex issues you're in trouble until it becomes dangerous or catastrophic. They have a back parking lot that is just a dumping ground and always has trash scattered about an industrial dumpster that is never picked up. UPDATE: They are currently throwing more appliances onto the trash heap.
Recently I had my aircondition unit broke down in my apartment. A maintenence tech, Naeem, came and worked to repair the unit. He is fast, knowledgeable, and professional in his work ethic. Good job Naeem and thank you, Richard Hughes, (Spring Residence
