Canceled our order without prior notice. I only found out by calling and inquiring where the delivery was. I would have appreciated a call in advance.
The owner was super nice and was super helpful with picking out a flower
ordered some Mother Days Flowers to be delivered ,i used online option gave me an order number, the next day it was delivered and her mother sent a picture wasnt what we ordered ,and then on the delivery confirmation,and the order number didnt match mine, i ask about it oh their order numbers on their end dont match the order number it gives you. really then i was told oh its the same flower but a different color so we instead of bumble bee, its now butterflies. which wasnt what i ordered an explanation of what happened,but ... read more
Buyer beware!! Seems they do a bait and switch I purchased flowers online and receive far less than I paid for. Extremely disappointing After just reading the owner statement, I want you to know that this is not the case If you continue reading these reviews, you will see. I am not the only one with a bait and switch.
