Kira is amazing. I left my session feeling like jello. My hips, my sciatica, my shoulders - all felt major relief after 90 minutes with her. Kira has a gift - she is in tune to your body's needs intuitively. She's very knowledgeable and tells you what/why she's doing as she's doing it. Her combination of massaging and stretching reminded me how much I was neglecting my body's needs. Listen to your body, it needs care and attention, and it needs Kira!
