WISH I COULD PUT A ZERO! I RENTED A TRUCK FROM THIS PLACE & THE RECEIPT HAD DIFFERENT MILES THAN WHAT WAS IN THE TRUCK I TOOK PICS AND HAVE PROOF! I ONLY DROVE 5 MILES AND I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR 40 MILES WHEN I DIDNT USE THAT MANY MILES & THE LADY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND TOLD ME ITS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE! ALSO TRUCK SMELLED LIKE GAS! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE FRAUD ON MILEAGE!
Jean was awesome. She made sure our 15 foot truck was available and even stayed later than necessary to assist with paperwork and delivery.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I reserved a truck, called the day before to confirm and arrived at 7:30am to pick up only to find that they did not leave the keys in the lock box and no one would be on site until 10:30am. A completely failure on their part.
