Reggie has been instrumental in my recovery from an ACL injury and getting me back to playing sports again. He’s also helped me tremendously with muscle recovery and relieving post-gym soreness. I would highly recommend him.
I LOVE The Spot RPR! I interchange and visit this location and the Markham location, but nonetheless, I always leave feeling better than when I come in. Jason, John and Vinosha have collectively seen all my injuries (minor and major) for the past I don't even know how many years, and have helped me rehab and recover each time. They're the reason why I can still be as active as I am today :)
Staff is very knowledgeable and service is always great! Have been for multiple issues and they have made recovery easier each time!
From helping me rehab two torn ligaments in my ankle to strength and conditioning plans, The Spot has been keeping me healthy and in season shape for over 3 years now. There’s nobody I trust more than Vinosha and John to help me diagnose and strategize as a competitive athlete. As someone whose been to multiple clinics over my time as an athlete, I can say with the utmost confidence that whether it be the Scarborough location or Unionville location you are in great hands!
I’ve been to this clinic for the past year or less and every provider has been amazing! Great vibes and very good at what they do :) highly recommend!!
