Love this place and the owners are so nice! Wish there was a location downtown so it was easier to get to on lunches! Maybe a future idea ;)
The Spot Nutrition is a great place! A fun tiki bar, super owners, and incredible protein shakes! When you walk in you are welcomed as a friend. WalkFit and yoga classes are a blast! I'm down 30 pounds, thanks to their help, as is my husband. But I've found a great place to go, and fun people to be around. You can't beat it!
amazing amazing place. Staff is like family! They are all always so welcoming and warm hearted when I go in there. Great advice and always willing to help you with your nutritional needs. Mike ,Chris, Mary and family that help run it are absolutely wonderful:)

Super staff...very friendly, spectacular customer service! Awesome tasting shakes! Fun exercise classes! My daughter and I felt very welcome there...nice atmosphere. We will definitely go back for more exercise and nutritition!!!!
