Good food, music and people
Bartenders are the worst I came in and sat at the bar for about 15 min. with no acknowledgement whatso ever, and both bartenders were right in front of me, neither said anything then tthe one bartender starts stocking. There was a couple that came in after me and she went and served them, still no acknowledgement my way. I had to ask the bartender was somebody coming over to me, I wish I knew her their names. The service was horrible I won’t go back
I always enjoy coming to The Spot when my Cleveland fam travels for the game. As a Steeler fan its still all love at the Spot. AND Those Chicken Wings are everything!!!
Management is horrible, rude and really doesn’t give an “F” about the inconvenience their mismanagement causes. On our last visit in July, they did nothing to try and accommodate us when we arrived to sit at our PAID reserved tables - but there were no tables nor chairs. The tables were delivered after waiting some time and then we had to stand and wait by our reserved table waiting for chairs for at LEAST 30 minutes. It's always nice there. Good service and good food and the honeys are always there
Love the chicken and fish bowl. I drive from West Mifflin to Penn Hills just for that. Only $5 to get in on Saturday, not bad.
