What a great customer service experience getting your passport here at the SPOT vs the post office. I walked in and was done in 15 minutes. I had an appointment at the post office and was seen 90 minutes past my appointment time. So please learn from my mistake, just come here even if it means driving a little further. Jessie was the employee who helped me. Was super friendly, communicated effectively, and got us in and out. Highly recommend using THE SPOT at UCF campus. Amazing

Finally decided to apply for a passport after many years of putting it off. The team at The Spot knew their stuff! They answered all my questions, checked everything in my application looked good, and made the required copies for me. I was uncertain if the photo I’d gotten done elsewhere was acceptable and they explained why it might not get approved, so I took a new photo which was also very easy and gave me peace of mind. We recently went in to submit a passport application for our baby, and Apollo made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
