My PT is Caroline Kelley. Just got released and am better than I could have expected. She treated me as a person and customized treatment to my abilities. Her goal was always to get me back doing my regular activities without pain. As I said better than before. And before I left, she also gave me the tools to continue my rehab successfully. I would recommend Caroline to anyone needing PT. Also front desk staff was great!
Can’t say enough good things about Caroline. I was out of commission from practically anything for about six months and had tried another PT shop with minimal improvement before switching over to her. Within about six weeks, Caroline had me feeling back to normal. Dr. Kelly stays positive no matter how much you complain, was really considerate of the things I wanted to get back to, and made sure I got there. Very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her.
I really like this place. Been here 2x for different injuries and the front desk is always so helpful. I work with Caroline and she has such a good attitude and genuinely cares about you as a person. She goes above and beyond to treat the issue but also strengthen everything around it to help prevent in the future.
Great physiotherapists but the worst office manager. Michael the office manager bills patients the full amount of treatment BEFORE submitting claims to insurance telling you it’s not covered. Thus I stopped treatment. Lo and behold my insurance covered the full amount minus copay. When I requested a refund multiple times I didn’t receive a response. THEY ARE DOUBLE DIPPING. I disputed with my credit card company. What an unprofessional way to do business.
